If your institution makes purchases by purchase order.
1. Upon verification, we are happy to deal with you on the basis of purchase order and invoice, and to help you fulfill the documentation requirements for your institution.
2. We can fax, email or mail to you our standard Sole Source Letter which can be of help when purchasing our unique products from out-of-country. AntiGravity Research Corporation resides in Canada.
3. If your institution resides in the USA, we can fax, email or mail to you a completed copy of a W9 Form for tax and importation purposes.
4. We'll provide invoices in the medium most useful to you, (fax, email, postal mail), and reference your purchase order number on each invoice.
5. We'll work with you on timing the delivery of product and invoices to meet your requirements.
